June's Theme: Slow down to Speed Up
- Use the old rule of thumb "Measure twice, cut once"
- Focus on process control. This is how we improve as a company.
- Sales are still down significantly from last year, but we did see a slight increase from last weeks forecast.
- We are going to 32 hrs. THIS week. You will be given a separate schedule to reference for this week only.
- Shared work schedule change starts next week. You will be given a new schedule for next week. Your team color might have changed, so please verify.
- Please make sure you apply for the Shared Work program by Friday 6/26/20. Online instructional pamphlets will be handed out. See any manager.with questions.
- Masks are now required while walking through the building. You are allowed to take them off when you're at your workstation.
- Continue practicing social distancing.
