Quality Issues

- Recent quality issues resulting in $29,300 lost sales for July.

- 11400118C stains, possibly from Earth Chain - $2800 lost in sales

-B138253P32 length issues - $2500 lost in sales

- 610-1957-2 burr issues - $24,000 lost in sales

- Verify all gages at the beginning of your shift. 

 

July's Forecast

- Big Late orders:  11400118C, 73039, 610-1957-2, 22000208B      (2/4 related to quality issues)

- Had to remove $40,000 due to Remington.

- Hilite also took out some orders. 

- Johnson machine moves are going well.

- Johnson sales are slowing up a little at approx. $9,000 / week in July

- Just a reminder, Huddle notes and scoreboard numbers are updated weekly across from Quality next to the vending machines.

Satety

- Make sure you are reporting on accidents and near misses so we can come up with solutions to safety issues.

- Remember prevention is always the best solution, so if you see a safety hazard, please let Andy or a Manager know.  

 

API Champion / API All-Star

- Reede saved thread rings for the Bleed Screw thread machine resulting in $480 in savings!

- Johanna and Al worked sorting solenoid cores with 3,888 parts saved and 26 scrapped at approx $3,000 in savings!
