Huddle Notes:
- Next Week We are going to 40 hrs.
- Day shift is 5 days a week 5:00 am - 1:30 pm.
- Night shift is 5 days a week 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm.
- Focusing on operator containment for quick turn around to positively effect the scoreboard.
Steve Update
- Celebrate 40 hrs cautiously.
- Need to stay vigilant, Sale are stronger now, but it is still a volatile situation we are in.
- Continue to adapt. We need to make sure we don't end up with an outbreak at Anderson.
- Celebrate the increase in sales!
- NOP is better, but we shipped a lot of inventory that we've been building up over the last couple months.

API Champion / API All-Star

- Chris Lewis determined the cause of spots on our alignment tubes which resulted in approx. $14,000 in sales lost due to stains.

Satety
- SDS is what is used to catalog the list of chemicals used at Anderson Precision.
- To look up a chemical refer to the Active List at the front of all of the books.
- Chemicals are grouped by type, not alphabetical order. (Example: A is Cutting Oils, B is Coolants and Finishing Solutions, ect)

Maintenance
We've became lax on using the work order sheet to create tasks for the maintenance team. With the Johnson machine move we have been very busy. To help us keep organized and prioritize correctly, please use the Maintenance Work Order sheet and turn in to Andy's inbox on his desk or his mail box in front of the BUM offices next to quality. Thank you!
In Closing
- 40 hrs next week, both shift, 8 hr days 5 days a week.
