Big 3 Initiatives this week:
1. Rust Prevention!!!
- Wear gloves,
- Cover parts and do not leave them exposed
- Use VCI Sheets
- Change solvent tanks when appropriate
2. Parts per bar
- Make sure that you are following the process, it can add up quickly! 11400114A having a facing issue, where it was taking off too much, resulting in a loss of $4600 monthly.
3. Reduction in OC sort times
- We will be having operators start helping sort and get the parts turned around and to the finish line ASAP!!!
August Forecast
- NOP $18,861
- Decrease in NOP from last week
- Spending more in the CNC area
- Expedite fees for late parts went up
- Sales forecast lower, with a higher backlog
Safety
- Safety committee is coming back, but going to be kept small! Todd Anthony, Brandon Olson, and Andy Horner will be the point persons for this.
- If you have any safety concerns, please see them!!!
API Champion / API All-Star
- Brandon Olson and Chris Boedecker for getting down and dirty to clean the Accubores out!!!
