1. What is a fact? An actual occurrence-something that can be proven through observation or measurement (example: what you saw vs. what you thought about what you saw
2. How are stories different from fact? Stories are judgments, conclusions, and attributions that we make from facts. Judgments determine whether facts are good or bad. Conclusions help us fit elements together, and attributions tell us why people do what they do.

Core Update
133,000 more parts for the next four weeks, there was a decrease in orders.
Out of 36,288 parts sent to outside service, we were able to send 35,651 parts to the customer, and ended up scrapping a total of 596 parts.
