- We had some pull ups in sales that helped us at the end of the month.

- This month looks slightly better than the past couple months.

- Focus on cost control, quality, and making every 32 hr. week count.
3rd Quarter Initiatives
- Cost Savings: Currently reviewing Turkey and Piggy bucks to verify effectiveness of previous cost savings.
- Focus on Sorting Efforts: 12650-01 is the first part to focus on for sorts. Please see Jason or Ashley for details.
- 22000208B Job improvement initiative lead by Marcus: Next action is to review current and previous tool life's and look for opportunities.
- Finish Moving Johnson Machine's: We are starting to move two Doosan machines to API on 7/6 with a third coming in 7/9.
Safety
- Verify all of your containers and spray bottles have the correct label. It should have the white label with black and/or red writing, not the label with Blue, Red, and Yellow blocks. If you have any old labels, please see Andy.
- Verify that there are no unlabeled containers in your section. Example: spray bottles with water should have "WATER" wrote on the side of the bottle.
