**Steve's Update**

 - July's Volume is slightly better.

 - At 32 hours a week, every minute matters.

 - Our momentum is heading in a positive direction but we are still taking it one day at a time.

**Johnson Udate**

 - Two Doosan's are in house. 

- New Doosan is on track to be here Thursday 7/9/2020.

- Thank you everyone who is helping with the move. 

**July's Forecast**

 - We need a quick turn around on the 5004208 as soon as they come back from outside service.  So please be prepared.

- Our next sorting effort is going to be the 606035's and the 606215's.  If you have time to sort please see Jason or Ashley.

- We're looking for cost savings.  If you know of any air leaks, Please submit a work order to Andy.

- Please look for process improvement to drive cost savings ideas.  Remember, a dollar saved is a dollar earned.

**API Champion**

- This is the replacement to the Thumbs up program.  Please fill out the Champion form if you want to recognize a fellow employee.

**Satety**

- Watch for tripping hazards.  If you notice a tripping hazard please put a cone on it and let a manager know.

**Cost Savings: **

- Andy is gong to review next actions with the culture committee and Jake H. to review the next cost savings improvement project by next Tuesday.
